Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing MindGrowtPath. These terms govern your access to and use of personal mindset and self growth programs offered by MindGrowtPath.

1. Services
MindGrowtPath offers coaching sessions, workshops, and personalized guidance under the category of personal mindset and self growth programs ("Services"). Each Service is defined at the time of purchase, including duration, format, and the scope of support.
Fees for Services are detailed at the time of booking. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is processed, resources are allocated to you. Unless otherwise stated, Services are non-refundable. This policy ensures that our coaches reserve time and prepare materials specifically for your engagement.
Clients may request to reschedule a Service at least 48 hours in advance. MindGrowtPath will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes based on availability.
2. Infoproducts
Infoproducts include digital courses, e-books, guides, and other downloadable materials ("Infoproducts"). Access to Infoproducts is granted immediately after full payment.
Due to the digital nature of these offerings, Infoproducts are eligible for a refund or reimbursement only within 14 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the content has been accessed. Requests for a refund must be submitted via our support form. Approved reimbursements will be issued within 10 business days.
3. Goods
Physical goods, such as branded journals or printed materials, are eligible for reimbursement if reported damaged or defective within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a claim, please contact us through the support form with photographic evidence of the defect.
Approved claims will result in a replacement shipment or a reimbursement of the fee paid for the item. Reimbursement processing may take up to 15 business days.
4. Refund Policy
All refund and reimbursement requests must be submitted using the support form. Please include your order details, reason for the request, and relevant supporting documentation.
- Services: Generally non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling demands. Rescheduling is available if requested at least 48 hours prior to the session.
- Infoproducts: Eligible for refund within 14 days if content access is below 20%.
- Goods: Eligible for reimbursement if reported within 7 days of receipt and confirmed defective.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. The timeframe for posting to your account depends on processing times of external providers but typically does not exceed 15 business days.
